Refund policy

Our Return and Refund Policy is valid for 30 days. If you wish to return or exchange a product, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and, whenever applicable, in its original packaging. Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by law.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the product is defective, damaged, or does not match the item ordered.

To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to info@grainbygrain.de with your order number, the product you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send an email to confirm whether your return has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method, or we will proceed with the product exchange.

The time frame for the refund to become available may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights provided under European Union and Portuguese legislation.
